The Penguins of Madagascar is an American CGI animated television series airing on Nickelodeon. It stars nine characters from the DreamWorks animated film Madagascar : the penguins Skipper (Tom McGrath), Kowalski (Jeff Bennett), Private (James Patrick Stuart), and Rico (John DiMaggio); the lemurs King Julien (Danny Jacobs), Maurice (Kevin Michael Richardson), and Mort (Andy Richter); and Mason (Conrad Vernon) and Phil the chimpanzees. Characters new to the series include Marlene the otter (Nicole Sullivan) and a zookeeper named Alice (Mary Scheer). The series takes place after the events of Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa (with elements from the Penguins' Christmas Caper intact, noticeably, Rico's scar and mohawk). This is the first Nicktoon produced with DreamWorks Animation. The series premiere drew 6.1 million viewers, setting a new record as the most-watched premiere.

The Sarah Silverman Program is a musical/comedy that journeys into a world where daily life is anything but routine. Created by Sarah Silverman Dan Harmon and Rob Schrab, the episodes revolve around the comedic adventures of Sarah and her friends in Valley Village, California. Silverman plays a fictionalized version of herself, an unemployed, immature woman who leads an irresponsible life. Her most notable trait is her undiluted, childlike self-absorption, and her penchant for singing inappropriate songs. Silverman is joined by her real-life sister Laura Silverman who plays the character of Laura. Rounding out the cast of characters are the geeky gay neighbors Steve (Steve Agee) and Brian (Brian Posehn), and Officer Jay (Jay Johnston).

Jake Long is one of New York City's average 13-year-old boys, living with his extended Chinese-American family and skateboarding with his friends, until he learns his amazing destiny. He is a descendant of dragons and, when he transforms into one of these fire-breathing, shape-shifting magical beings, it's his duty to protect the magical creatures secretly living among the masses in New York. Among them are the herd of unicorns in Central Park, the leprechauns on Wall Street, the gargoyle nest atop the Empire State Building, the Triborough Troll Bridge, the mystical city between NOHO and SOHO and the underwater Hudson mermaids. Greater New York is the American Dragon's territory and if he can make it here, he can make it anywhere. Jake's life takes madcap twists and turns as he juggles all the social hurdles of teenage years (including his crush on Rose, the new girl in school) with his secret training to become the American Dragon, a regimen guided by his recently immigrated grandfather Lao Shi, and Grandpa's unique "associate," a gruff 600-year-old magical Shar-Pei named Fu Dog. American Dragon: Jake Long was created by Jeff Goode, creator of the hit MTV series, Undressed.

Set in the fly metropolis of Stickyfeet, Disney's The Buzz on Maggie takes viewers into the daily life of flies, seen from the point of view of Maggie, an unusually creative and expressive "tween" fly. Maggie is fun-loving, highly energetic and thinks outside the box, but ruffles antennae with her antics in the conventional, hard-working world of upstanding flies. When she is faced with one of the many routines of everyday life, Maggie devises a way to make it exciting but her actions inevitably upset the balance of the world around her and have consequences she doesn't anticipate. Starring Jessica DiCicco (Bratz) as Maggie, David Kaufman (Stuart Little) as older brother Aldrin, Thom Adcox (American Dragon: Jake Long) as younger brother Pupert, Cree Summer (The Proud Family) as best friend Rayna and Tara Strong (The Proud Family) as Aldrin's girlfriend Dawn. Dave Polsky (Scary Movie 2) is the executive producer and Laura Perkins Brittain (Disney Channel's That's So Raven) is the co-executive producer. The director is executive producer Dave Wasson (The Ugly Duck-Thing). Disney's The Buzz on Maggie is produced by Walt Disney Television Animation.
